Returning Items Ordered Online

If you placed an order online at www.coburns.com and wish to make a return, follow these easy steps.

  1. Fill out and submit the form below. A Coburn representative will reply via email to let you know if the item can be returned for a refund, and provide you with a shipping address and information needed for the return.
  2. Indicate the reason for returning the purchase.
  3. Furnish your sales receipt in the returned package when exchanging or returning your purchase.
  4. Return your unused and new item(s) in the original carton or package within 30 days. You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) and a copy of the original invoice to a Coburn's location. Coburn Supply is not responsible for item(s) that are lost in shipping back to us. We highly recommend that you ship the merchandise using a method that will provide a tracking number. Once we receive the product(s) and verify that the item(s) are in unused condition, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the shipping cost. * A re-stocking charge may apply
